IMMEDIATE Direct Hire Billing Specialist role available! We are currently representing a well-known client in the property management industry, seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team, on a direct hire basis. The Billing Specialist will take full responsibility
The Billing Specialist job responsibilities will be :
- Reconcile incoming invoices and compare to what has been billed to customer
- Communicate with vendors partners as needed
- Build a relationship and work with attorneys, paralegals and other support staff to ensure accurate billing to customers in a timely manner and responding to inquiries
- Reconcile monthly statements
- Review invoices in detail and supplement bill customers as needed
- Research and respond to customer inquiries including disputes and reconciliation of accounts as needed
- Assist Accounts Receivable staff to resolve or prevent billing errors
- Respond to incoming customer emails and phone calls
This role an in office position, no work from home opportunity available at this organization.
